2) Research has shown that listening to both slow and fast rhythm music increased heart rate significantly and improved performance among elite basketball players.

3) In a study among three college basketball athletes, all participants improved their shooting performances with music.

4) Research has shown that listening to music prior to a competitive event can be beneficial¹. For instance, music has been found to reduce performance anxiety and increase motivation!

COLONIAL AMERICAN HISTORY

THE MUSICAL HAMILTON

An American Musical, it's a musical theatre production. Specifically, one that tells the story of an orphaned boy who grows up to be a forgotten American Founding Father. It tells about Alexander Hamilton and his ascent out of poverty and to power against the backdrop of the American War of Independence.

and their harmony fits/sounds good together.

HAND JIVE
